Provide daily supervision and guidance to Domestic Assistants with West Cumberland Hospital/Community Hospitals, ensuring that they are fully trained in appropriate areas of work and are focused on service delivery, to ensure a high standard of cleanliness is maintained and adequate staffing levels are in place in all areas of the hospital. Provide support to Facilities Manager Day to day basis deal with problems and issues that arise Effectively manage and support staff Manage the supervisor roles, ensuring cleaning standards are reaching target.
