KEY RESPONSIBILITES: To work within the customer support department. Main point of contact for customer and depot delivery queries. Ensure customer queries and issues are dealt with in a timely and professional manner. To ensure freight in the network is delivered on time and in full. Work alongside Palletforce members to deliver service. Ensure health & safety compliance. Ensure best practice logistics principles, policies, and processes in the department to improve operational performance. Ensure daily tasks are carried out and KPI's are met for the site. Ensure all jobs are priced correctly ready for invoicing. OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE: Qualifications . A Level 2 in English & Maths desirable not essential. Experience. Previous experience in a similar role would be desirable. You will have an excellent working knowledge of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office. You will have the ability to multitask and have a strong attention to detail. Communication . Show us that you have excellent communication skills, spoken and written, be able to build good working relationships with work colleagues and our customers and have the ability to engage and communicate with audiences made up of a diverse background across all areas of EV Cargo.
