The successful candidate will have good organisation and people skills, be computer literate and have the ability to work with limited supervision. The post holder will provide a comprehensive and high-quality administrative support service. This is a community clinical support role, there is an expectation for the successful candidate to be flexible and support across the Community Division. The successful candidate will have the ability to support service users whilst being professional, empathetic and understanding. To provide administrative and office support to our School Health Team. The role is varied, working within skill mix teams, where excellent communication and keyboard skills are essential. Duties include maintaining electronic records within the boundaries of the role, making and answering telephone calls and queries from patients/carers and health professionals in a clear, concise and professional manner, as well as IT and keyboard skills and general office duties, including confidential filing, ordering of goods, faxing and photocopying of sensitive information. The post holder may be required to work at other locations to ensure equitable service delivery; therefore you will need the ability to travel across the Trust for work purposes when required. Ensure the delivery of the quality strategy within the designated area incorporating establishment of systems and processes.
