We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Consultant Psychologist to join our North West Locality Community Mental Health and Recovery Service in Elmbridge, to provide leadership and supervision of the psychology team, expert clinical input through interventions, assessments, formulations, and complex case discussions, plus play a key part of the clinical leadership team within the CMHRS. This opportunity comes at an exciting and challenging time in which we are developing and implementing transformation of mental health services in line with the NHS Long Term Plan across primary and secondary care, for people with complex and severe mental health needs. The postholder will work alongside the Consultant Psychologists across the CMHRS teams, contributing to leadership within the wider strategic work to support the development and delivery of our care pathways, alongside supporting the embedding of psychologically informed approaches. The postholder will also contribute to trust wide projects requiring clinical and strategic leadership.
