This will be on a dual role basis and include working on a SRV whilst at Gatwick Airport and undertaking double crewed ambulance shifts out of Gatwick make ready. Due to this being an external contract, your actual contract and place of work will be Gatwick make ready centre with shifts allocated as part of a rota pattern which incorporates shifts at Gatwick airport. To help us achieve this aim we are recruiting for Experienced Paramedics. We are looking for empathetic and committed individuals who are eligible to register with the HCPC and hold a BTECH Level 4, DipHE, FdSc or BSc award in Paramedic Science or Practice. Applicants must have an excellent knowledge of pre-hospital care, be methodical and systematic and demonstrate compassionate care in their daily interaction with patients. Experienced Paramedics should hold the Level 3 Certificate in Emergency Response Ambulance Driving and C1 Licence. Applicants must also have the ability to deal with stressful and sensitive situations whilst being highly motivated and enthusiastic.
