We are looking for people who are committed to providing a high quality service and ensuring the residents are at the heart of everything we do. We need motivated, enthusiastic, reliable individuals who are able to work under direction as a valued member of our team. We deliver a high standard of flexible and responsive care to ensure the best quality of life for the people we support . This post is vital to ensuring the wellbeing of the residents to receive all the support to meet their daily needs and a fulfilled life within the home Previous experience in social care is desirable but not essential. This post requires you to register with the SSSC. To meet this requirement, a SVQ 2 in Social Care, or other relevant qualification or a willingness to work towards this qualification as a Support Worker in a Care Home Service within 5 years of appointment. A full Induction will be provided alongside any training that you will require to undertake the role. Your development will be supported by a Team of experienced practitioners and managers.
