The applicant will have knowledge and experience of working with patients with a diagnosis of stroke and with patients with complex dysphagia and communication difficulties. They will be confident with independent working and have experience of MDT working. The postholder will be given a service induction including training on patient related IT processes and systems. HWHAC have seven community hospitals/recovery units across Worcestershire. They provide a range of inpatient and outpatient services and support people to recovery from surgery or illness when they don't require acute care but neither can they be treated at home. They are a key part of the local healthcare system.
