The position is based at our client’s scientific Research & Development facility in Port Sunlight Village, Wirral easily accessible by train and car. This is a Part-time temporary role to run for 6 months, requiring 24 hours per week, between Monday to Friday. Compensation for this role is competitive, paying between £29,719 and £33,021 per annum, pro rata FTE (between £15.24 and £16.93 per hour) depending upon experience. The role currently offers a mix of remote and onsite working, subject to adjustment based on business requirements. We are looking for someone who can support with administrative work in our Central Packaging Team to help us accelerate our packaging innovations for a cleaner future. Role Purpose (accountabilities)- We are looking for someone who can support with administrative work in our Central Packaging Team for up to six months and preferably working four half-days per week. The work can be done hybrid or on site, though it is preferred that the role holder is present on site (Port Sunlight) at least twice a week to directly engage with the team. Responsible for on-boarding new suppliers into invoicing system (Velocity). Submit and track PO requests and orders in Coupa procurement system and resolve issues. Support logging in and tracking of new materials into our LIMS system. Submit and track requests for confidentiality and research agreements in internal system (CLM) and coordinate with program leaders the execution of these agreements & contracts. Responsible for keeping track of our team’s budget (actuals and forecast) with focus on the commitments from above contracts/agreements including ‘Easy Budget’ tool. Distribution of agenda, recording and circulating minutes for key internal non-program Central Packaging meetings including agreed actions follow ups.
