Comfortably assisting clients with limited mobility. Providing practical support for individuals, such as helping with household tasks, personal care, taking to appointments. Supporting and monitoring their healthcare needs, including administering medication. Maintaining a safe and clean environment for the individual. Safeguarding individuals and reporting any concerns. Accurate and timely record keeping and incident/accident reports. Able to work on a rolling rota basis and being part of a team of core carers/support workers around the individual, working collaboratively with the management team.
