We are looking to recruit a Health Care Assistant with experience in a hospital setting. This is a fixed term post for 9 months. Evidence of qualifications will be requested at interview and during compliance checks. The Healthcare Assistant will work as part of the ward team with supervision of registered practitioners to provide effective, safe patient focused care at all times. Contribute to the development of the care environment with a positive, professional attitude. Contribute to the maintenance of daily provision of service and care to meet the individual needs of patients and department. To support the smooth running of the ward and ensure patients, relatives and carers are dealt with in a friendly and efficient manner. You will ensure that policies and guidelines are adhered to.
