The primary responsibility is to provide quality service to our nursing and medical team, as well as to our renal dialysis patients. This entails ensuring that all patients receive their dialysis in a timely manner and liaising with transportation services to ensure patients are brought in and out for dialysis in accordance with the guidelines for this service. The role will include dealing with queries, performing filing, photocopying, and other general admin duties as required, managing incoming and outgoing mails, handling phone calls, and utilising reception skills to greet dialysis patients as they arrive at the unit. To provide reception duties for the Renal Dialysis Unit, to include admin and clerical support for the nursing team in accordance with relevant policies, procedures, protocols and guidelines. To ensure that all patients are taken in for their dialysis in a timely manner. Liaising with transport to ensure patients are brought in and out for dialysis in accordance with the guidelines for this service.
