We are looking for hard working, organised team players who has good clinical skills, are able to delegate effectively and who has a true passion for frailty. Ward 102 cares for older adults who require a period of assessment with the aim to always enable them to return to their own home setting in a timely efficient manner. The average stay for our patients is up to 3 days. The post holder will be expected to undertake day/night rotation, however we are prepared to be flexible and are happy to discuss your individual requirements, so please don’t be put off. Work in an area where we have an excellent MDT and work approach to caring for our patients. Flexible rotas to meet our collective needs re shifts/rotation. Where you will be supernumerary for at least 1 month until you feel ready to manage a case load.
