The post holder will support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of a robust corporate performance management framework for the Health Board, which is consistent with the Health Board's Strategic Direction and Operational Plan, and actively promote a culture of excellence. This will include assisting the Head of Performance in the implementation of the Board's Integrated Quality and Performance Framework to ensure the implementation of effective reporting systems at all levels of the organisation. Providing assurance, highlighting any variances in performance and bring performance issues to the attention of the Head of Performance; collating data from a variety of sources, communicating and liaising with managers and clinicians at all levels across Powys Teaching Health Board, and with external partner colleagues.
