You will work within the community nursing service, providing home-based care, led by Community Nurses. This service is part of the Integrated Community Care Division, who provide a multitude of services within Bolton. Experience of working within a community is not essential as the successful candidates will receive a full supportive induction when they join the Division and the team. The aims of this Trust are to improve the health of our people and provide the best possible care to the population in which we serve and ensure that our staff have joy and pride in their work.
