Treat users of the service, colleagues etc, with respect, dignity, courtesy and in accordance with the Trusts Values. 30 Hours Per Week South West Yorkshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is currently recruiting for a Medical Secretary to support a number of Consultants and Junior medics at The Priestley Unit Ward 18 for 30 hours per week, they will form part of the busy admin team based at The Priestly Unit and will provide admin and secretarial support to the Medics. The applicant will be required to work as part of a very busy team providing secretarial and administrative support to the clinical team. We are looking for an experienced secretary with an NVQ or RSA Level III qualification or be able to demonstrate competency at Level III. The applicant must have good audio typing skills and be able to organise and prioritise their own workload in order to meet deadlines, with a good attention to detail in an environment of competing demands.
