Supervision of Junior Staff and PNPs Supporting junior doctors to maintain high standards of communication by attending handover and supporting discharge process General Paediatric outpatient clinics - 2 Clinics every 6 weeks Participation in teaching of Junior doctors and nursing staff Middle Grade Doctors are supported to participate in research and educational activities as part of their professional development. The development of speciality interests will actively be encouraged by the department and can be supported by either the special interests of the consultants within the unit or our visiting tertiary consultants.
