Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming telephone calls regarding paediatric blood test appointments. Utilise Cerner software to book patients in for appointments accurately and efficiently. Coordinate appointment schedules to ensure optimal utilisation of resources. Liaise with health care professionals to facilitate seamless booking processes. Maintain accurate records of patient appointments and relevant information. Provide excellent customer service to patients and their care givers. Assist in administrative tasks related to the booking process as required. Requirements: Previous experience using Cerner software is essential. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent organisational and time management abilities. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Empathy and professionalism when interacting with patients and colleagues. Relevant experience in a health care or administrative role is advantageous.
