We can offer you regular set shifts - Full-time shifts will be scheduled from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm. You'll work Mondays, Tuesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays in the first week, and Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays in the second week. However, we are open to accommodate other full-time working schedules if preferred. We understand it is important to have a work life balance and therefore we provide you with a regular schedule with set shifts. 2 years minimum care industry experience is desirable. However, for those with less experience we have a robust pre-employment training programme which provides all essential onboarding procedures to Bluebird Care. You will also receive ongoing support provided by our dedicated Deputy Managers, experienced Senior Management Team and approachable Office Team. This is a mobile role so it is essential that you have a Full Valid Driving Licence and access to your own reliable car/vehicle.
