It takes exceptional people to work within exceptional care homes. Are you an exceptional care assistant. About You: You must be Experienced with a minimum of 6 months experience within the UK You must have the RTW within the UK You will be an honest and open person. Have a happy & cheerful disposition. Being a Driver is beneficial due to some locations but not essential as long as you are prepared to travel via public transport. You Must be Kind, Caring & Patient You Should have good spoken and written communication skills Being computer literate is beneficial due to some locations storing care plans on electrical devices. You should be compassionate You will want to make a difference to each resident. You will be required to hold and Enhanced Adult & Child DBS ** we can assist with this. You will be able to provide exceptional standards of care. Promote dignified care. Ensure Health & Safety is adhered to within the homes at all times. About The Role You will be assisting the teams within the home to ensure that residents needs are met daily. The residents are living with a range of health and age related health conditions, physical and mental health conditions that will require you to ensure that you are caring for them in a person centred approach, with the lead coming from the permanent team on site. Some Residents may have Dementia and have some additional needs which require one on one care throughout the day or night. You will assist with personal care needs, each resident will have differing needs. Assisting with Dressing Assisting with Hydration & Nutritional needs You will be expected to assist in keeping the home clean and tidy at all times, maintaining the homes high standards. Possible prompting of Medication. In line with CQC & Care Inspectorate Regulations, Buttons Recruitment will require you to hold an Adult & Child Enhanced DBS, Right To Work, Referencing and Employment History checks in line with the Government Guidelines for the role & Safer recruitment practise"}
