The successful candidate will have previous experience in a healthcare environment and have excellent interpersonal skills. Computer literacy and an ability to work as part of a team with minimal supervision are a pre-requisite for this role. As part of the Logistics and Site Services Support team, the successful applicant will provide a range of administrative duties across the Logistics and Site Services business function as well as direct line management of the Car Parking Team. These will consist of various duties including, systems administration, SSTS, invoice resolution, parking administration, database and records management. To apply for this post, applicants must meet the following criteria: Possess a high level of IT keyboard skills, experience of varied IT equipment and management of databases are essential. Good communication and negotiating skills and the ability to diplomatically deal with all levels of users and senior management. Proven approach to organisation, administration, documentation and workload prioritisation with demonstrable proactive initiative A current full UK manual driving licence is essential .
