What You Will Do Community Staff Nurses must function as part of a multidisciplinary members but also as an autonomous and independent practitioner. You must have a genuine interest in community nursing and integrated care. They must also work within the parameters of the role and undertake identified professional competencies. Staff are encouraged and supported to attain additional knowledge and competencies with their scope of practice relevant to role. The successful candidate must have the ability to work as part of a team but also independently as an autonomous practitioner under supervision of Charge Nurse. You must have excellent communication skills and the ability to converse with individuals from both medical and non-medical backgrounds. Working alongside colleagues from other specialities and fields of practice is vital to role. You must be motivated to provide the best person centred care possible for their patients and ensure that all interventions are in line with best practice guidelines that are evidence based. You must be able to demonstrate evidence of professional development and that mandatory training is kept up to date. Hours 2 positions 19.8 hours per week UK Driving Licence/Car Ownership Car licence/Car ownership is essential to this role.
