As the demand for our services continues to grow, we are currently seeking Morning Carers to join our team. We are looking for a Morning Carer to work 5 days over 7, including every other weekend. You will play a crucial role in providing essential support and assistance to our clients during the early hours of the day (7am until lunchtime) You will predominately be working in one Assisted Living Complex looking after our clients who live there. You will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of those in need while working in a friendly and supportive environment. Responsibilities Assisting clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming Administering medications and ensuring clients take prescribed doses on time Preparing and serving nutritious breakfasts according to dietary requirements Assisting with light household chores, such as tidying up and laundry Providing companionship and engaging in meaningful conversations with clients Assisting with mobility and accompanying clients to medical appointments or social outings Documenting client care activities accurately and maintaining clear and concise records Requirements Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not essential Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to demonstrate empathy and compassion towards others Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Reliable transportation to travel between client locations Flexibility to work mornings, including weekends and public holidays as needed Completion of relevant certification or training in healthcare or caregiving is advantageous Benefits Training & Development opportunities Premium pay rates of £11.00-£25.00ph.
