Develop and implement clinical governance strategies for dispensary services. Liaise with clinical pharmacy teams to ensure provision of a robust and efficient dispensary service to patients, ensuring opportunities are taken to enhance efficiency both within the dispensary and at ward level Communicate with staff both within and outside of the pharmacy department regarding service operational issues to ensure a safe and effective service is maintained.
