Everyday you will… Use your outstanding customer service experience to handle in & outbound telephone calls and emails being a point of contact for both our clients and candidates Utilise your attention to detail to plan rotas and making decisions on nurses’ suitability for particular shifts ensuring their skillset matches the shift requirements and availability. Be resilient with your approach to work always presenting professional, courteous and knowledgeable behaviour to clients, service users, field staff and colleagues.
