The successful candidate will have GCSE in English and Maths or equivalent, and a desire to start a career within People Management. During the apprenticeship you will undertake a CIPD Level 3 qualification alongside gaining valuable practice experience. PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to support sponsorship visas. Working at ADS is more than a job, its an investment of time to make a difference to the lives of people with substance misuse issues and their families. We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate person to join a small team to support the People department to deliver a comprehensive service across the organisation and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
