What youll need to succeed: Ideally you are enthusiastic about making positive changes in the lives of disabled children.You should be child centred, able to use your own initiative, and work as part of a team. You will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and partnership working when working with parents and other professionals.You should have or are willing to work towards a Level 3 Diploma in Childrens Residential Care (which the Council will fund).
