This post is a 6 month fixed term post. Main duties of the job To provide a needs-led and holistic service to young people aged 14 - 25 Working on a drop in basis; offering listening support, triage, signposting and brief intervention support Providing specialist advice and resources and through an offer of brief support including sleep hygiene, anxiety management and low mood Signposting or referring to appropriate services to do with: emotional wellbeing education, employment and training, housing and mental health To offer a flexible approach and be a committed team member About us Our vision is to improve the quality of life for the communities we serve.
