Job Description You will have a working knowledge of care standards and related legislation and have good report writing skills. You should be able demonstrate how you are able to lead and motivate a team to reach agreed outcomes and uphold the values of the organisation. You should have a relevant Level 3 qualification or be willing to work towards within a given time period. You must be willing to work flexibly. To protect our autistic adults, all staff are required to have a criminal background check. Possession of an Enhanced DBS Check either on the Update Service or conducted within the last 12 months would be preferable but not essential.
