This is one of our staff member says about the service: \"Working in community rehabilitation has been so eye-opening and encouraging for me. It really aligns with my own values and allies people in their wellbeing journey by taking a person-centred approach. Being able to work with people for longer allows for trusting relationships to develop and to really meet people in our shared humanity. Accompanying them on their healing journey and re-engaging with life in the community, empowering independence and supporting them to engage with activities or places that bring them joy or a sense of meaning. This relationship focussed approach feels so important for the people we get to work with, especially given some of the traumatic experiences they have so often experienced. I love working in this team, the culture is so supportive in its nature and we are really encouraged to bring ourselves, our experiences and skills into our work. I have found lots of opportunities for growth and development and learn a lot from my colleagues as it's a multi-disciplinary team and it's great to have so many perspectives and professions in one service!'
