As part of a dynamic Programme Team, we are looking for enthusiastic and experienced people to drive our change programme and deliver on our ambitions for our patients. The successful candidate will share this commitment and demonstrate our collective Trust’s values As Programme Director of the Humber and North Yorkshire Diagnostic Programme you will manage the day-to-day programme deliverables. The post holder will utilise best practice programme management and implementation methodologies that will govern the delivery of the programme. The post holder will identify and mitigate significant strategic and operational risks to the delivery of the programme and will work proactively and collaboratively with all stakeholders. The post holder will manage the overall scope, objectives and priorities for the programme dynamically as requirements evolve and manage key interdependencies and manage stakeholder involvement and buy in to the programme and its benefits. The post holder will manage the resolution of any major business risks and issues that may impact the delivery of the programme. The post holder will ensure that the programme is delivered to a high-quality standard and positively impacts delivery of health care as well as inspiring Acute Trust, CAP and ICS staff, modelling leadership behaviours.
