This job description relates to the post of Director of Hospital Services at University Hospital Monklands and University Hospital Wishaw within the NHS Lanarkshire Acute Division. You will be a member of the Acute Services Divisional Management Team and will make a full contribution in the strategic and operational management of Acute Services throughout NHS Lanarkshire. You will play a key, dynamic role leading transformational change to deliver improved quality of care, patient safety, patient and carer-centred services within the hospital. You will also lead the triumvirate team at University Hospital Monklands or the quadrumvirate team at University Hospital Wishaw and will also carry specific system wide responsibilities as agreed with the Director of Acute Services.
