The work includes reception duties and general administration work, including substantial data entry of various kinds. The post-holder would be joining a friendly team of physiotherapists, assistants and other administrative staff, and would be engaging with patients, carers, the general public and other hospital departments and staff, both face to face, on the telephone and via email. To be responsible for delegated administrative work to ensure the provision of an efficient customer service delivery. To provide a full range of clerical, administrative and reception duties to support a large team of professionals. To act as administrative support to Therapy Manager and therapy staff as required. The Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is the only acute Hospital in the London Borough of Hillingdon and offers a wide range of services including accident and emergency, inpatient care, day surgery, outpatient clinics and maternity services. The Trust’s services at Mount Vernon Hospital include routine day surgery, delivered at a modern treatment centre, a minor injuries unit and outpatient clinics. The safety and well-being of our patients and of our staff is paramount and we are making urgent improvements to address this – particularly in infection prevention and control.
