About The Role Of Receptionist As a Receptionist you will be responsible for welcoming guests and managing our reservation system in a fast-paced environment. This is a challenging and very rewarding role, involving interaction with every single guest, helping to ensure that each person who crosses our door has a truly unique experience with us. Duties Often the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll need to have a strong presence and warming character whilst working well under pressure.
