The post holder will be a non-medical independent prescriber with extensive experience of the role at Band 7 level. The post holder will be working within the Surgery and Cancer Division. It is expected that the post holder will be an integral member of the clinical team and be able to interact confidently with senior medical and nursing colleagues ward staff and allied health professionals. Work in collaboration with the multi-professional team develop and adhere to a shared vision of the service ensuring trust values are maintained and promoted. Act as a role model and resource in expert clinical evidence-based practice Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop effective documentation, pathways, protocols and guidelines for care.
