Responsibilities For The Front Of House Assistant Meeting and greeting all visitors, contractors, employees and providing a welcoming environment Managing and updating internal guest list; booking meeting rooms and managing bookings via the calendar; arranging refreshments Ensuring tidiness and general upkeep of the reception area, meeting rooms, and providing hospitality for in-house events Managing security passes, issuing, logging, and updating the system Liaising with clients and Fee Earners face to face and on the telephone Managing and filtering incoming switchboard calls Providing cover for the Support Team as and when required, and other relevant administration and housekeeping tasks Requirements For The Front Of House Assistant 1 year+ Reception / Front of House professional experience (ideally in a law firm or similar professional services) Excellent communication skills Ability to provide a high standard of client care First Aid and Fire Marshal training desirable (not essential) "}
