Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities – Healthcare Assistant (reporting to the Clinical Director) Assist medical doctor in all aspects of clinical procedures Meeting and preparing patients, alongside general support to the clinical staff and patient aftercare Taking patients’ vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, weight etc Take bloods, phlebotomy skills Experience of wound care e.g. removal of sutures Maintain inventories of supplies, inform Practice Manager of stock requirements Dealing with matters with tact and sensitivity, maintaining a high level of confidentiality Delivering excellent customer service to our patients at all times Working alongside the team to ensure all systems and processes are working optimally Skills And Other Requirements – Healthcare Assistant (HCA) Previous relevant HCA experience in order to deliver a first-class HCA service to the clinic and clients Up-to-date CRB; Knowledge of CQC Excellent communication skills IT literacy in order to update files and respond to requests for information etc Superb organisational and time management skills and attention to detail A positive, cheerful, can-do attitude with a high customer focus Applications To apply for this opportunity for Healthcare Assistant please click apply online and upload an updated copy of your CV."}
