Co-ordination of a project meetings and workshops which, will include; working with meeting host, co-ordinating Microsoft Team invitations and responses Monitor all incoming electronic correspondence regarding Oliver McGowan training and CPD Training, dealing with routine matters, draft responses or make further enquiries on behalf of the Programme to facilitate a response. The Oliver McGowan Training Co-ordinator will work with the Oliver McGowan Project Manager and Lead Trainer to co-ordinate the delivery of the Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training on Learning Disabilities and Autism. You will be responsible for the co-ordination of training teams (trios) and supporting these teams to deliver training to around 50,000 health and care staff across Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire. A background / interest in learning disabilities and / or autism would be advantageous, and a desire to make a difference towards improving the lives of people with learning disabilities and autistic people is essential. The role will include: Booking of venues for the delivery of training. Ensuring that delivery trios and partner organisations have class lists and are fully prepared to deliver training sessions to health and social care staff. Report attendance of partner organisations' staff to appropriate organization. Being the link between the training teams, the BNSSG ICB and partner organisations. Co-ordinating the online booking system for the Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training. Fielding enquiries from delegates, and external partners and escalating where appropriate.
