A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A NIGHT RECEPTIONIST AT HOTEL INDIGO CARDIFF Reporting to the Reception Manager you can expect your working day to include the following. Ensuring every guest has an unforgettable experience within Hotel Indigo Cardiff, with the passion to be the best hotel in the City. Greeting and checking in & out guests with a welcoming & friendly approach Maintaining clear and accurate records of guest room bookings Answering questions about hotel facilities, local transport, places of interest & entertainment Answering the phone & email enquiries Liaising with necessary staff including housekeeping & maintenance to address any complaints made by guests Keeping up to date with any Training within RBH & IHG There’s so much more to the job than we can capture here.
