The post holder will be required to work closely with staff and teams within the Operations Directorate and across the Trust to ensure delivery of team objectives and targets. The post holder will be responsible for accurate preparation of high standard written materials including compliance and data reports, and maintaining records which will include handling sensitive and confidential staff and patient data and information. The post holder will act as the first point of contact for all methods of communication with Operations Quality and will coordinate work on the direction of the Service Manager.
