The Personalised Care and Support (PCS) Lead for Cancer plays a vital role in ensuring care provided to patients with cancer meets their individual needs. You'll be joining a team who are dedicated to quality care for all patients. You'll oversee a programme of work which supports 12 cancer speciality teams to deliver our organisations' Personalised Care and Support strategy, which reflects the SWAG Cancer Alliance Personalised Care and Support strategy and ambitions for cancer outlined in the NHS Long Term Plan. Main duties include: Supporting the alignment of the delivery of PCS Strategy and underpinning programme, projects and initiatives to the strategic objectives of the Trust. Informing the Trust's approach to PCS, based on own experience gained through leading the work. Building capability across the organisation by coaching and training cancer services colleagues across North Bristol NHS Trust in PCS service improvement and transformation methodologies.
