Deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance standards. Strong ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and budgets with confidence. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Essential Experience & Qualifications QCF (NVQ) Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent). Extensive knowledge of care regulations and compliance. Previous experience managing a registered service. Valid UK Driving Licence. Desirable Skills Clinical registration (a bonus, not essential). Experience in the independent healthcare sector.
