You will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, leadership qualities and the ability to work effectively with other teams and agencies as well as a sound knowledge and understanding of children, young people and families. Working hours are between Monday to Friday but we do offer some flexibility around days and hours worked as well as home working when appropriate to facilitate a better work life balance.
