To support in the operational development and delivery of all estates related matters within designated assignment areas To support in the planning, management and execution of the Trust's backlog capital programme with particular responsibility for the management of backlog schemes. To ensure that all works operate within the Trust's Corporate Governance and other relevant statutory/non-statutory frameworks.
