We are actively recruiting both full and part time enthusiastic Health Visitors to join our well experienced team here in Reading. We are a forward thinking, vibrant Health Visiting team with bases at Whitley Health Clinic & Southcote Clinic. Our team is made up of Health Visitors, Staff Nurses and Nursery Nurses delivering Health and development services to children aged 0-5 and their families in the Reading area. We are looking for strong team players who have a real passion for working with children and families. You will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work with other teams and agencies. The service operates 9 - 5 Monday to Friday in which we can offer some flexibility around working hours. This is a client facing role but with some room for home working based on service need.
