What You Will Do To provide vision, leadership and operational management responsibility for MSK Services across the 3 MSK professions, including Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy and Podiatry, within both community and acute settings, working in close partnership with the Orthotics Service Manager. To provide leadership to achieve delivery of a Service development agenda, and respond to national policy, as directed by the AHP Senior Manager. To facilitate effective working relationships and practice across the 3 professions, in consultation with the Orthotics Service Manager, to deliver required outcomes in line with development plans and performance indicators. To work collaboratively with MSK Team Leads to achieve the objectives of the HSCP strategic plan. Evidence of relevant post registration education and leadership development. Evidence of maintaining and improving own competency to practice through Continuing Professional Development activities and maintenance of a portfolio, which reflects personal development. You will have extensive post graduate experience as an MSK clinician, the majority of which will be at highly specialist clinical level demonstrated by experience. You will be registered with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC) and meet the continuous professional development requirements to remain on the register including a complete record of CPD activity relevant to MSK as evidence of acquired skills and knowledge.
