We have 2 separate sites but we run as one unit. We have an exciting opportunity for experienced critical care nurses, with a post basic qualification in Intensive Care and proven teaching skills. This is a dynamic, friendly, supportive unit and we are looking for proactive, progressive thinking nurses. You should have good communication and interpersonal skills along with an ability to work as part of a team and to use initiative. This is the ideal opportunity to consolidate both your clinical and managerial skills. Support of the clinical education team and a competency based induction program are available. Internal rotation to night duty and a mixture of long days and short shifts are worked. Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust is a large acute hospital Trust in the county of Kent.
