This service is the home of 49 residents with physical disabilities. As an Extra Care service, the individuals we support here are 55+and live in their own self-contained flat. As a Care Worker you will take a person-centred approach with our valued residents to ensure they are living their life to the fullest. You will support with day-to-day independence, enhance their various skills and support them with daily activities as well as providing emotional support and personal care. The team understand that everyone is unique. Tailored care is designed to meet the individual needs and wishes of each resident at the home. Staff are highly trained and understand the importance of enabling people to keep control of their lives.
