Within the role the successful candidate will ensure all residents receive a high quality, responsive and proactive handyperson service, which includes the completion of minor and non-urgent tasks in the maintenance and repair of the apartments and the internal and external communal spaces of the scheme. We’d love to meet you! What We’re Looking For The essential requirements for the role include: Experience of working within the building trade or part of a handyperson service. Experience of using power tools and sharp equipment Able to complete basic tasks in carpentry, plumbing, electrics and decorating. Can identify when a repair needs to be completed before it presents a danger or potentially incurs higher repair costs if not addressed immediately Relevant and proven work experience within the building trade or part of a handyperson service The Benefits At Housing 21 we’re proud to be actively recognising the importance of our employees and rewarding them accordingly.
