Our Return to Practice Programme, offered in collaboration with the University of Plymouth delivers comprehensive training, mentorship, and support. Upon successful completion and re-registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) you will progress into a Band 5 position within the department your training has been completed. Whilst training and working towards regaining your NMC, you will be paid as a Band 3 Senior Healthcare Support Worker.
