If Yes, then we are offering an exciting employment opportunity for you to undertake a Return to Practice Programme at Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust. With course fees paid for you plus bespoke support from the Trust's Education Team, there has been no better time to Return to Practice and reignite your skills and confidently re-enter the workforce. Our Return to Practice Programme, offered in collaboration with the University of Plymouth delivers comprehensive training, mentorship, and support. Upon successful completion and re-registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) you will progress into a Band 5 position within the department your training has been completed. Whilst training and working towards regaining your NMC, you will be paid as a Band 3 Senior Healthcare Support Worker. Communicate effectively with colleagues across the multi-disciplinary team, providing clear verbal, digital or written information and instructions Communicate effectively across a range of channels and with a wide range of individuals, the public, health and social care professionals, maintaining the focus of communication on delivering and improving health and care services Contribute to ongoing patient/ service user assessment under delegation from a Registered Nurse or Midwife , recognising when it is necessary to refer to others for reassessment Follow treatment plans determined by the Registered Nurse, Midwife or registered care professional Identify risks to safety or experience and take appropriate action, putting the best interests, needs and preferences of people first.
