You'll be booking appointments over the phone, by letter and also face to face with patients - so excellent communication skills are a must for this role. You'll cover reception and undertake other general administrative office duties as required to provide an all-round efficient administrative service. We're looking for an enthusiastic, friendly person who is keen to learn and receptive to change, working as part of our wider radiology team.
